Weczeria Food & Wine
Chef Daniel Walker was born in Selkirk, Manitoba and grew up in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. After attending The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, Chef Walker has been cooking throughout western Canada for the past 17 years. He is a huge advocate of grower-consumer relationships and won Gold Medal Plates Saskatchewan in 2010. Since 2006 he has been owner-operator of Weczeria Food and Wine in Saskatoon and centres his food philosophy on locally grown goods.
