In December 2007, Saskatoon City Council partnered with the Broadway Business Improvement District (BBID) and Nutana Community Association (NCA) to launch an innovative planning and public consultation process to address long-standing issues related to development, traffic and parking, and character retention along Broadway Avenue and in the surrounding area. |
